Build products that get funded. Help us build them.
We are a UX driven design and development team based in Sri Lanka, working with founders and product teams across the US, UK, Australia, and Europe. If you want your work shipped and not shelved, we want to hear from you.
Why people build here
A small senior team, real client work, and no busywork.
Real client work, not busywork
You ship for founders and product teams across the US, UK, Australia, and Europe from day one.
Senior, hands-on team
Ten of us, split between design and engineering, plus a vetted bench. No layers between you and the work.
Ship fast, ship right
400+ shipped projects and counting. We care about products that launch and get funded, not just look good in a deck.
No open positions right now
We are always interested in meeting talented UX/UI designers and developers. Send us your portfolio and we will reach out when a role opens up.

Remote-friendly: Work from home or our Colombo base, whichever fits the project.
Senior mentorship: Work alongside a small, senior team, not a management layer.
Real growth path: Take on bigger client relationships and ownership as you prove it.
International client exposure: Work directly with founders and teams in the US, UK, Australia, and Europe.
Flexible hours: We care about the work getting done well, not when you clock in.
Paid time off: Time to rest so you come back and do your best work.
No open role? Send your portfolio anyway.
